Stop by El Pelon for one of their famous burritos, such as the El Guapo, fish tacos or caramelos tacos. Wash it all down with their freshly-made horchata or agua de jamaica drinks. El Pelon is an affordable, neighborhood favorite for $5 meals. Tip: Keep an eye on the Sox schedule. When there's a game, parking will be impossible to come by, and lines may be long. And remember, you can bring your burritos into the park (just no drinks). This chain restaurant aims to be healthier than its fast food competitors while also providing a huge array of delicious choices. They have an ample salad bar that would satisfy even the most discerning of vegetarians, as well as some fare for the less calorie conscious eaters. Aside from leafy greens and veggies, Fresh City also offers sandwiches, stir fry, pizza, fried rice, breakfast items, as well as a smoothie bar. As their name suggests, Fresh City prides themselves in the quality of their ingredients and strives to offer as many organic and all-natural options as possible.
Fresh City also offers great catering for business meetings and other functions. Their sandwich platter is a great option when you have a lot of guests with dietary restriction or with finicky taste buds.

College Pizza is a Fenway area favorite for cheap, easy delivery. Aptly named, this pizza parlor caters almost exclusively to the neighborhood's large population of hungry college students. Their large pizzas start at $9.00 for plain, but do not exceed $13.00 unless multiple toppings are ordered. College pizza also offers inexpensive subs which start at $4.95 for a small as well as a generous selection of pita roll-ups starting at $5.00. The delivery at College Pizza is always free and tends to be very fast, but there is a $1 charge for all credit card orders. College Pizza does not have much in the way of indoor seating, but shares a quaint patio with its neighbor, Lilly's Gourmet Pasta Express.

Housed within the Howard Johnson Hotel - this is the same venerable Hong Kong that you may know from Harvard Square. Scorpion bowls and all those other very strong, tropically influenced drinks are available along with the Chinese food. No Msg, Very Friendly service. the layout is strange - as it is in an old HowardJ's. dont let that fool you... The prices are great, $4-10 for most dishes. Tip: I would only avoid going there before or after games... or else you'll be sitting near 5 pot-bellied dudes getting liquored up and loud as hell before a Sox game.
